The team create a truly original take on pub classics. As with Blas, great emphasis is placed on provenance and sustainability. This hard work shows in Halsetown’s inclusion in The Good Food Guide, Sawday’s and the Trencherman’s Guide; the pub has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand and Taste of the West Golds.
